Check out North American Muay thai Champion Andrew Rapso’s abs routines. They are pretty cool with some movements I have never seen before.
I found that as a strength and conditioning coach people always asked me about abs exercises because they either needed to strengthen their core or they needed a variety of exercises so thery didn’t get bored. In these videos Andrew shows a heap of pretty cool abs exercises you can do at the end of your gym program OR at the end of your Randori session before you bow off the mat.
WARbING: Watch out for the loud music at 2:03 (it scared me because I was wearing headphones)
